Terms and Conditions
The following are the Terms and Conditions that govern the admission, fee payment, conduct, attendance and academics of the students enrolled in our Bharathiyar Group of Schools with the active participation of the parents. By using our services or enrolling a student, you agree to abide by the following terms:1. Admission Policy
• Admission is solely based on age criteria, availability and timely submission of eligible and required documents.• All information provided during the admission procedure should be accurate and complete.
• The school has the sole discretion of either accepting or rejecting any application without providing a reason.
2. Fees and Payments
• All fees must be paid on or before the due date as notified by the school.• Late payments may attract penalties or in extreme cases may result in suspension of student services.
• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
3. Student Conduct
• Students are expected to follow the school’s code of conduct at all times.• Bullying, harassment, or any form of violence will not be tolerated and may lead to suspension or expulsion.
• Damage to school property must be compensated by the student/parent.
4. Attendance
• Regular attendance is mandatory. A minimum attendance of 75% is required to appear in examinations.• Leave must be informed and approved in advance, except in emergencies.
5. Privacy Policy
• All personal data collected is used solely for school operations and communication.• We do not share personal information with third parties without consent unless legally required.
6. Use of School Resources
• School facilities should be used responsibly and only for academic purposes.• Unauthorized access or misuse of school resources will result in disciplinary action.
7. Changes to Terms
